Key Responsibilities
- Distribute and collect audio tour devices to and from visitors, ensuring accurate inventory.
- Provide clear, concise instructions to visitors on how to operate audio tour equipment.
- Perform daily checks on devices, including charging, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting.
- Respond to visitor inquiries, offer local recommendations, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a tidy and organised reception or distribution point for audio tour equipment.
- Report any significant technical faults or damage to the audio tour system to management.
- Assist with visitor flow management, especially during peak seasons.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.

- Basic technical proficiency for operating and troubleshooting audio devices.
