As the central point of contact for board-related matters, you will be instrumental in managing communications, scheduling, and documentation, directly impacting the effectiveness of our leadership team. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule board meetings, committee meetings, and other executive gatherings, including sending invitations, managing RSVPs, and booking venues.
- Prepare comprehensive meeting agendas, distribute board packs and relevant documentation in advance, ensuring all materials are accurate and timely.
- Attend meetings to take accurate and concise minutes, capturing key discussions, decisions, and action items.
- Maintain and organize all board-related records, documents, and archives (both physical and digital) with strict adherence to confidentiality protocols.
- Facilitate seamless communication between board members, senior management, and external stakeholders.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new board members, providing them with necessary documentation and orientation.
- Manage logistical arrangements for board events, travel, and accommodation as required.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance regulations and internal policies related to board administration.
Required Skills
