Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor logistics operations, including warehousing, inventory management, transportation, and delivery scheduling.
- Optimize delivery routes and methods to minimize costs and improve efficiency, utilizing appropriate logistics software and tools.
- Manage and track shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers and partners.
- Maintain precise inventory records, conduct regular stock checks, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Prepare and process all necessary logistics documentation, including shipping manifests, invoices, and customs forms.
- Liaise effectively with suppliers, carriers, customers, and internal departments to resolve any operational issues or delays.
- Ensure compliance with all local and international shipping regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role within warehouse and delivery operations.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles, inventory control, and transportation regulations.
