Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the logistical planning and execution of cultural festivals and events, including venue setup, equipment coordination, and artist accommodation.
- Support the recruitment, training, and supervision of festival volunteers, ensuring they are well-briefed and supported throughout events.
- Act as a point of contact for artists, performers, and vendors, facilitating their needs and ensuring smooth operations on event days.
- Assist with promotional activities, including distributing marketing materials, updating social media, and engaging with local communities.
