Career.zycto is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote HR Projects Assistant to join our growing human resources team. Key Responsibilities
- Assist HR Project Managers with the planning, execution, and monitoring of various HR projects and initiatives.
- Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
- Compile and analyze HR data, prepare reports, and create presentations to support decision-making and project updates.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, files, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Conduct research on HR best practices, industry trends, and compliance requirements to support project development.
- Support the implementation of new HR systems, tools, and processes.
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, team members, and external vendors.
- Help develop and distribute internal communications related to HR projects and updates.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed, including expense reporting and travel arrangements (minimal).
Required Skills
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative, project support, or HR-related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with an exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines remotely.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
