Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other communal areas to health and hygiene standards.
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap.
- Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and efficiently, following company guidelines.
- Assist in deep cleaning tasks and special projects as directed by the Crew Leader.
- Ensure all assigned areas are clean, tidy, and presentable at the end of each shift.
- Report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards observed during work.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, safety procedures, and client-specific instructions.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with clients and team members.
- Manage time effectively to complete tasks within allocated schedules and deadlines.
