Key Responsibilities
- Identify, scout, and evaluate new musical talent across diverse genres and platforms.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with artists, managers, producers, and industry tastemakers.
- Negotiate and secure recording agreements, publishing deals, and other artist-related contracts.
- Guide artists through their creative development, including songwriting, production, and recording processes.
- Monitor market trends, analyze data, and identify emerging genres and artists.
- Collaborate with internal marketing, legal, production, and PR teams to develop comprehensive artist strategies.
- Oversee recording budgets and project timelines to ensure efficient artist development.

- Provide regular reports on artist development, market analysis, and potential signings.
Required Skills
- Minimum 4 years of proven A&R experience in the music industry.
