Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize a high volume of demo submissions, ensuring proper logging, categorization, and routing to relevant A&R team members.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, recording sessions, listening parties, and artist showcases for A&R executives and artists.
- Maintain and update comprehensive artist databases, contact lists, and project tracking systems with meticulous accuracy.
- Assist with the preparation and administration of various documents, including recording contracts, licensing agreements, and other legal paperwork.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for A&R meetings, outlining artist progress, project timelines, and market trends.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistical support for A&R executives and artists as required.
- Handle general administrative tasks for the A&R department, including expense reports, correspondence, and office supply management.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries related to artist submissions and A&R activities.
- Support the A&R team in market research, identifying emerging talent, and staying abreast of industry trends.
Required Skills
- Proven administrative experience, ideally within a creative or fast-paced office environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
