Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat and other digital communication channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding Movitel products, services, promotions, and billing.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, diagnose problems, and guide customers through solutions effectively.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support staff or relevant departments when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and service requests in the CRM system.
- Educate customers on self-service options and optimize their use of Movitel’s digital platforms.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering a courteous, efficient, and personalized experience.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese.
- Strong command of computer literacy and proficiency in using chat software and CRM systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- High degree of empathy and patience in handling customer concerns.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, according to schedule.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role, particularly in a chat or contact center environment.
- Familiarity with telecommunications products and services.
- Proficiency in additional local languages of Cabo Delgado Province.
