Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule mock interview sessions between clients and coaches, managing calendars effectively.
- Organize and prepare comprehensive interview preparation materials, including company profiles, common interview questions, and industry-specific insights.
- Conduct research on target companies, roles, and interview trends to inform coaching sessions.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, tracking progress and outcomes.
- Facilitate communication channels between clients and coaches, ensuring timely exchanges.
- Assist in drafting and refining personalized feedback reports following mock interviews.
- Provide administrative support to the coaching team, including document management and data entry.
- Support the development and improvement of interview preparation resources and methodologies.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through prompt and professional interactions.
