Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload cargo from trucks, containers, and other transport vehicles, following established safety protocols.
- Sort, organize, and stack cargo in designated areas within the warehouse or staging zones.
- Verify cargo against manifests and shipping documents, reporting any discrepancies or damages immediately.
- Operate basic material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely and effectively, if required and trained.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, adhering to all company safety guidelines.
- Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse duties as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling heavy items.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding attendance, breaks, and conduct.
Required Skills
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25 kg) repetitively.
