Job Description

Career.zycto is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Affiliate Marketer with a strong focus on e-commerce sales to join our growing team. You will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and nurturing a network of affiliate partners to promote our diverse range of e-commerce products. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies aligned with e-commerce sales targets.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new high-quality affiliate partners through various outreach methods.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing affiliates, providing ongoing support and incentives.
  • Monitor affiliate performance, analyze key metrics (CPA, CPL, ROI), and identify areas for optimization and growth.
  • Negotiate commission structures and terms with affiliates to maximize profitability and partner engagement.
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all affiliate promotions and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate closely with internal marketing, sales, and product teams to align campaigns and promotions.
  • Generate regular reports on affiliate campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future strategies.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in affiliate and e-commerce marketing.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in affiliate marketing, specifically within the e-commerce sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve conversion targets through affiliate channels.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and performance measurement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with affiliate tracking platforms and CRM software.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
