Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling of all goods to prevent damage.
- Accurately sort, stack, and store incoming inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Carefully pick and pack customer orders according to specifications, preparing them for shipment.
- Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, pump trucks) safely and proficiently.
- Conduct quality checks on goods, identifying and reporting any discrepancies, damages, or missing items.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment, adhering strictly to all health and safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation to ensure accurate record-keeping and optimal warehouse flow.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.
Required Skills
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy items safely (up to 25kg).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods and packing orders.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills for understanding instructions and completing paperwork.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all company policies and procedures.

- Previous experience (at least 6 months) in a warehouse, logistics, or similar loading/packing role.
