Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, unload, and inspect incoming goods, verifying quantities against purchase orders.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring products are correctly labelled and packaged.
- Safely load and unload delivery vehicles using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation, cycle counts, and reporting discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse machinery such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations.
- Adhere strictly to all company procedures regarding product handling, storage, and security.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, health and safety hazards, or stock damage promptly.
