Key Responsibilities
- Set up, maintain, and break down buffet stations for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
- Monitor food levels and replenish items promptly to ensure continuous availability.
- Ensure buffet areas are clean, tidy, and aesthetically pleasing at all times.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding food items, ingredients, and special dietary needs.
- Clear used dishes, glassware, and cutlery from guest tables and buffet areas efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety in accordance with hotel policies.
- Assist the culinary team with basic food preparation tasks when required.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate issues to management as needed.
