Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the RFP response process from initial receipt to final submission.
- Conduct thorough research to gather relevant information from internal departments and external resources.
- Draft, edit, and proofread proposal content, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency.
- Format and finalize proposal documents, presentations, and supporting materials using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain and update a comprehensive library of reusable content, templates, and boilerplate language.

- Track proposal deadlines, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to all submission requirements.
