Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the loading, unloading, and transportation of stage equipment, props, and set pieces.
  • Participate in the setup and dismantle of staging structures, audio-visual equipment (speakers, microphones, projectors), lighting fixtures, and decorative elements.
  • Follow instructions from technical directors, stage managers, and senior crew members accurately and efficiently.
  • Learn and apply basic rigging, cabling, and power distribution techniques under supervision.
  • Ensure all equipment is handled safely and carefully to prevent damage or injury.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment backstage and during setups/teardowns.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
  • Provide general support to various departments as needed during event production.
  • Assist with basic equipment maintenance and inventory checks.
