Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one virtual coaching and support to job seekers on effective job search strategies.
- Review and provide constructive feedback on resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles.
- Conduct mock interviews and offer guidance on interview preparation techniques.
- Assist clients in identifying career goals, relevant job opportunities, and networking strategies.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress using our internal CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, job market demands, and best practices in career development.
- Develop and deliver workshops or webinars on job search-related topics as needed.
- Collaborate with the broader Career.zycto team to share insights and improve service delivery.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in career counseling, recruitment, or HR.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in modern job search tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Strong understanding of resume formatting, ATS compatibility, and cover letter best practices.
- Demonstrated empathy, patience, and ability to motivate individuals.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse client caseload in a remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Certification in career coaching or counseling (e.g., NCDA, ICF).
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
