Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients through virtual meetings and digital communication channels.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial planning, including retirement planning, investment analysis, risk management, and estate planning, to help clients achieve their financial objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on Fidelity's range of products and services, customizing solutions to meet individual client needs and risk tolerance.
  • Proactively engage with clients to review and adjust financial plans based on life changes, market conditions, and evolving goals.
  • Stay current with financial market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes to provide informed and timely advice.
  • Educate clients on various investment vehicles, tax implications, and financial strategies.
  • Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal support teams and specialists to deliver integrated solutions and exceptional client service.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Financial Advisor or in a similar client-facing financial planning role.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport virtually.
  • Deep understanding of financial markets, investment products, and retirement planning strategies.
  • Proficiency in financial planning software and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • FINRA Series 7 and Series 63/66 licenses required.
  • State Life, Accident and Health Insurance licenses required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation or progress towards certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience working with High Net Worth (HNW) individuals.
  • Familiarity with Fidelity's proprietary tools and platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow and manage a client book.
