Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for various open positions.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing welcome kits and managing necessary paperwork.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating remote team events and employee engagement activities.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices, industry trends, and compliance requirements.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including document preparation and file management.
  • Participate in special HR projects focused on process improvement, talent development, or culture building.

Required Skills

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) or applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Familiarity with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
  • A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Demonstrated interest in talent acquisition or employee relations.
