Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize physical and electronic client files, legal documents, and correspondence with meticulous attention to detail.
- Draft, proofread, and format various legal documents, letters, memos, and reports under the supervision of attorneys.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, depositions, and court hearings, managing calendars for multiple legal professionals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, answering inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring a professional and empathetic client experience.
- Conduct preliminary legal research, gather relevant case information, and assist in preparing case briefs and presentations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and emails, ensuring timely distribution and appropriate action.
- Maintain office supplies inventory, manage office equipment, and ensure a tidy and functional workspace.
- Assist with billing procedures, expense tracking, and other financial administrative tasks as required.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with capacity to prioritize multiple tasks.
