Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Ad Operations Coordinator to join our growing digital team in Richards Bay. This pivotal role is responsible for the end-to-end management of digital advertising campaigns, ensuring their flawless execution, optimal performance, and successful delivery across our various digital platforms and partner networks. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete lifecycle of digital advertising campaigns, including setup, trafficking, quality assurance, and launch across various ad platforms (e.g., Google Ad Manager, social media ad platforms).
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, identifying trends, optimizing delivery, and making proactive adjustments to meet and exceed client objectives and KPIs.
  • Generate comprehensive performance reports for clients and internal stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales, editorial, and creative teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any ad delivery issues, discrepancies, or technical problems promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital advertising best practices, platform changes, and industry trends.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new ad products and strategies.
  • Ensure all campaigns adhere to industry standards, legal requirements, and company policies.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital ad operations, ad trafficking, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency with Google Ad Manager (GAM) or other major ad serving platforms.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics (CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for client and internal interactions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
