Job Description

This pivotal Remote Channel Marketing Assistant role at Career.zycto offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute significantly to our partner ecosystem. As a key player in our marketing team, you will support the development and execution of marketing strategies designed to empower our channel partners, drive their success, and ultimately expand our market presence. You’ll work closely with various internal teams – from sales to product development – and directly with our external partners, ensuring they have the tools, resources, and messaging necessary to effectively represent and sell our solutions.

Your day-to-day will involve a blend of creative and analytical tasks, from helping to craft compelling co-marketing content and campaigns to analyzing partner performance data. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of channel marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Support the creation of co-marketing materials, sales enablement tools, and partner-facing content (e.g., presentations, brochures, email templates).
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Product) and external partners to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
  • Help manage and update the partner resource portal, ensuring all assets are current and easily accessible.
  • Track and report on partner marketing campaign performance, providing insights for optimization.
  • Facilitate communication between Career.zycto and its channel partners, gathering feedback and addressing queries.
  • Assist in planning and executing partner webinars, training sessions, and events.
  • Conduct market research to identify new channel opportunities and competitive insights.
  • Maintain accurate records of partner marketing activities and budgets.
  • Support the onboarding process for new channel partners from a marketing perspective.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing channels.
