Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor security surveillance systems (CCTV, alarms) and respond to alerts efficiently.
  • Conduct regular patrols and inspections of bank premises to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  • Enforce access control policies, ensuring only authorized personnel enter restricted areas.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms, following established protocols.
  • Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security logs.
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as required.
  • Provide security awareness training and guidance to bank staff.
  • Assist in the maintenance and testing of security equipment.
  • Identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend improvements to existing security systems and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all bank security policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in security operations, preferably within the banking or financial sector.
  • Proven knowledge of physical security systems (CCTV, access control, alarm systems).
  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
  • Ability to write clear and concise incident reports.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office Suite).
  • High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
  • Physical fitness to perform duties including patrols and rapid response.
