Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, provide attentive assistance, and address inquiries in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit, and debit card payments.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment by stocking shelves, arranging displays, and performing light cleaning duties.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, verifying product counts, and reporting discrepancies.
- Support promotional activities and sales initiatives, informing customers about special offers and loyalty programs.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to health, safety, and security.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a cohesive work environment.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges professionally, ensuring a positive resolution for all parties.
- Ensure merchandise is correctly priced and labeled according to store standards.
