Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and direct incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy retrieval of information.
  • Handle office supply inventory, placing orders as needed and ensuring the office is well-stocked.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports.
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks and project coordination as required.
  • Greet visitors warmly, direct them to the appropriate personnel, and maintain a welcoming office environment.
  • Facilitate internal communication by distributing memos, announcements, and other relevant information.
  • Assist in organizing company events, team lunches, and internal activities.
