Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all necessary documentation, such as delivery notes and manifests, are accurately completed and processed.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of fleet movements, driver hours, and service schedules.
  • Handle inbound calls and emails from drivers, clients, and colleagues, resolving queries efficiently.
  • Support compliance with transport regulations and company policies.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the transport department.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations.
