Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistical arrangements for training sessions, including scheduling rooms, managing equipment setup (projectors, whiteboards, virtual platforms), and ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
- Prepare and distribute training materials, handouts, presentations, and pre-work packages, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to participants.
- Manage participant registration processes, maintain accurate attendance records, and handle pre- and post-training communications efficiently.
- Provide administrative support to trainers, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and assisting with report generation and data entry.
- Act as the primary point of contact for participants regarding training inquiries, providing professional and helpful assistance.
- Assist with the setup and technical support for virtual training platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams), ensuring a seamless experience for all attendees.
- Collect and compile training feedback and evaluation forms, summarizing results for continuous program improvement.
- Help maintain and organize the training resource library, both physical and digital.
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote training programs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Undertake special projects and other duties as assigned to support the overall objectives of the training department.
