Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor student progress and proactively reach out to those who may need additional support or encouragement.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential student records, ensuring data integrity and privacy.

  • Develop and distribute informative resources, FAQs, and guides to empower students with self-help tools.
  • Participate in virtual team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions to enhance support skills.
  • Gather student feedback to identify areas for improvement in support services and educational programs.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven experience (1+ year) in a customer service or support role, preferably within an educational setting.
  • Strong empathy, patience, and active listening abilities.
  • Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
  • Familiarity with online learning platforms (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard).
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
