Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct care and support to residents, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
  • Foster a safe, clean, and engaging living environment for residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues, ensuring open and effective communication.
  • Assist residents in participating in recreational, social, and educational activities tailored to their individual interests and needs.
  • Document observations, care provided, and any significant changes in residents' condition accurately and promptly.
  • Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
  • Participate actively in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
