Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with Career.zycto's offerings.
  • Onboard new clients and guide them through the initial stages of using our services, providing comprehensive product education and support.
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, gather feedback, and identify potential areas for improvement or expansion.
  • Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally, escalating complex problems to relevant internal teams when necessary.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to monitor their progress, address concerns, and ensure continued engagement.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships built on trust and mutual respect.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and technical support teams to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.
  • Contribute to the creation of best practices, client resources, and internal knowledge base articles.
  • Track and analyze customer success metrics to identify trends, report on client health, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay updated on industry best practices and product enhancements.
