Key Responsibilities
- Assist immigration practitioners with the preparation and submission of various visa and permit applications.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry of client information into case management systems.
- Compile, organize, and manage extensive documentation and supporting evidence for immigration cases.
- Draft standard correspondence, forms, and other documents under supervision.
- Maintain meticulous client files, both physical and digital, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval.
- Liaise with clients to request necessary documents and information, providing clear instructions.
- Monitor application statuses and assist with follow-up queries with relevant government departments.
- Conduct basic research on immigration regulations and policy updates as directed.
- Schedule client appointments and manage calendars for immigration team members.
- Provide general administrative support to the immigration department as required.
