In this critical role, you will be instrumental in designing, delivering, and evaluating impactful learning experiences for our predominantly English-speaking global workforce. You will work closely with various departments to identify training needs, develop engaging content, and implement innovative learning solutions that drive performance, foster career growth, and align with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough training needs assessments across various departments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
- Design, develop, and update engaging and effective learning content, including e-learning modules, workshops, presentations, and job aids, primarily for English-speaking audiences.
- Facilitate interactive training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities, both virtually and in-person.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, making data-driven improvements.
- Manage and administer the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accurate record-keeping and accessibility of resources.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and external vendors to develop specialized training programs.
- Stay abreast of L&D best practices, emerging technologies, and trends to continually enhance our learning offerings.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in an L&D specialist or similar role.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver engaging training materials and programs.
- Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
