Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy aligned with the company's vision and business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
- Oversee all brand management activities, ensuring consistency and strength across all touchpoints and markets.
- Drive digital marketing innovation, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and CRM strategies.
- Manage public relations, media relations, and corporate communications to enhance brand reputation and visibility.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and conservation teams to ensure integrated marketing and business development efforts.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal ROI on all campaigns and initiatives.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilize data analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Champion the company's commitment to conservation and community empowerment through compelling brand storytelling.
Required Skills
- Proven track record in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably CMO or VP of Marketing.
- Extensive experience in developing and executing global marketing strategies for premium brands.
