Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information.
- Assist clients with service-related questions, technical support issues, and general account management needs, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Document all client interactions meticulously within our CRM system, ensuring complete and accurate records.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and technical teams to resolve client issues and improve overall service delivery.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Onboard new clients, guiding them through initial setup and ensuring a smooth transition to our services.
