Job Description

Career.zycto is actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote HR Generalist to join our dedicated human resources team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in supporting our organizational success by managing a broad range of HR functions remotely, ensuring a seamless and positive employee experience from onboarding to offboarding. As our Remote HR Generalist, you will be the go-to person for all HR-related inquiries, offering guidance and support to employees and management across various departments. Your responsibilities will span talent acquisition support, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, HR policy development, and compliance with labor laws. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer letters for remote and on-site roles.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans, acting as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries.
  • Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance to employees and managers on performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including maintaining accurate HR records and reporting.
  • Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and fairness across the organization.
  • Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for all employees, ensuring a smooth transition experience.
  • Support performance management cycles, including goal setting, reviews, and professional development planning.
  • Maintain and update HR information systems (HRIS) with accurate employee data.
  • Assist with HR projects, initiatives, and training programs as needed.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role in a remote capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, HRIS, employee relations, performance management).
  • Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices (e.g., FMLA, ADA, EEO).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport virtually.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, ADP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
  • Experience working within a staffing or talent solutions industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with business goals.
