Career.zycto is actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote HR Generalist to join our dedicated human resources team. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer letters for remote and on-site roles.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans, acting as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries.
- Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance to employees and managers on performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including maintaining accurate HR records and reporting.
- Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and fairness across the organization.
- Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for all employees, ensuring a smooth transition experience.
- Support performance management cycles, including goal setting, reviews, and professional development planning.
- Maintain and update HR information systems (HRIS) with accurate employee data.
- Assist with HR projects, initiatives, and training programs as needed.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role in a remote capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, HRIS, employee relations, performance management).
- Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices (e.g., FMLA, ADA, EEO).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport virtually.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, ADP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
