Job Description

Career.zycto is seeking an exceptional and strategically-minded Regional Manager to lead our operations within the Stockton-on-the-Forest, York region. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional business strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets and operational excellence.
  • Oversee all aspects of regional operations, including budget management, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners, with a particular focus on American enterprises and individuals.
  • Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and implement initiatives to expand Career.zycto's presence.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Act as a primary liaison between UK leadership and American clients/partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives.
  • Prepare comprehensive regional reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting performance, challenges, and strategic recommendations.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in a regional or senior management role.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful business strategies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and cross-cultural communication skills, particularly with an understanding of American business culture.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with P&L management.
  • Proven track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.

  • Valid authorization to work in the United Kingdom.
