As a Legal Analyst, you will be at the forefront of ensuring that Career.zycto’s internal processes, client engagements, and groundbreaking product developments adhere strictly to a complex and ever-evolving landscape of applicable laws and regulations. Your expertise will be critical in navigating various legal domains, including but not limited to employment law, data privacy (such as GDPR and CCPA), intellectual property, and corporate governance. You will serve as a crucial resource for our legal counsel, providing in-depth research, rigorous analysis, and actionable insights.

This position demands not only a keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills but also a sophisticated ability to interpret intricate legal information and distill it into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations. Your core responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive legal research, meticulously reviewing and drafting contracts and agreements, preparing summaries of complex legal documents, and generating preliminary legal correspondence. Furthermore, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining our extensive legal resource database, ensuring information is current and readily accessible. Your work will directly support strategic business initiatives across the organization, necessitating seamless communication and collaboration with diverse internal departments such as Human Resources, Sales, and Product Development. You will be expected to translate complex legal jargon into understandable insights for non-legal stakeholders, fostering a culture of compliance and informed decision-making throughout the company. We are particularly interested in candidates who are not just proficient in traditional legal analysis but are also enthusiastic about leveraging technology to optimize legal processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.

Operating within a fully remote framework, you will be empowered to manage your own schedule and workload effectively, utilizing various digital collaboration platforms to connect with your team and other departments. Success in this role hinges on a high degree of self-motivation, strong time management capabilities, and unwavering accountability. Career.zycto is committed to fostering a supportive and engaging work environment that champions work-life balance and continuous professional development. We offer ample opportunities to expand your legal expertise, specialize in emerging areas of law, and advance your career within a dynamic and forward-thinking industry. If you are eager to apply your legal acumen within a tech-forward company, thrive in an autonomous yet highly collaborative setting, and are passionate about making a tangible impact, we strongly encourage you to apply and become a vital part of our innovative team, shaping the future of talent acquisition and management.
