Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one consultations with students to assess their academic background, interests, and career goals.
- Provide expert guidance on course selection, university admissions processes, and scholarship opportunities.
- Assist students with drafting compelling personal statements and preparing for interviews.
- Organise and facilitate educational workshops and seminars for student groups.
- Stay informed about current educational trends, university programs, and admission criteria across various institutions.
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records and progress reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and enhance educational resources and strategies.
- Represent Career.zycto at educational fairs and outreach events.
- Offer post-admission support and advice to students as needed.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counselling, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in educational consulting, admissions, or career guidance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with students and parents.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Deep understanding of UK higher education system and application procedures.
