Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and development opportunities for English-speaking audiences.
- Design, develop, and update engaging and effective training programs, modules, and materials tailored to specific client needs and industry standards.
- Deliver dynamic and interactive training sessions, workshops, and coaching using various instructional techniques and formats (e.g., in-person, virtual, blended).
- Facilitate group discussions, practical exercises, and role-playing scenarios to enhance learning retention and application.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure training content aligns with organizational goals and client expectations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices in corporate training, and adult learning principles to continuously enhance training offerings.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to participants, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Manage training logistics, including scheduling, material preparation, and coordination with venues/platforms.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Corporate Trainer or in a similar instructional design/delivery role (minimum 4 years).
- Fluent spoken and written English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design principles.
- Demonstrable ability to create engaging, interactive, and impactful training content.
- Proficiency in delivering training across various formats (classroom, virtual, blended).
- Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct training needs analysis and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides) and virtual collaboration tools.
