Job Description
Career.zycto is seeking a passionate and driven Community Manager to cultivate and nurture our growing professional network in Limoilou, Quebec City. Your day-to-day will involve developing compelling content, facilitating discussions, moderating interactions to maintain a positive atmosphere, and collaborating cross-functionally with our marketing and operations teams. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies across various platforms (social media, forums, events).
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content relevant to our community's interests and needs.
- Monitor, moderate, and respond to community discussions and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify and cultivate community advocates and influencers.
- Organize and facilitate online and offline events, workshops, and meetups to foster connections.
- Analyze community engagement metrics and feedback to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, HR, product) to ensure consistent messaging and community support.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in community management.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in community management, social media management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of building and growing online and offline communities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and community tools.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for connecting with people.
- Proficiency in content creation and storytelling.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Experience with CRM software and community management platforms.
