Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality therapeutic massage treatments tailored to client needs and preferences, focusing on client comfort and therapeutic goals.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess conditions, identify contraindications, and develop personalized, effective treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, meticulously documenting treatment details, progress, and recommendations.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care, stretching, relaxation techniques, and self-care practices to support their ongoing wellness.
- Ensure the cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of treatment rooms and equipment in strict accordance with health and safety standards.

Required Skills
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a recognized massage therapy program.
- Proficiency in various foundational massage techniques (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point).
- Solid anatomical and physiological knowledge relevant to massage therapy practice.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.

- Valid professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
