Key Responsibilities
- Undergo comprehensive training to understand all aspects of the bail bond process and relevant provincial laws.
- Learn to interview clients and their co-signers to assess eligibility for bail bonds.
- Explain the terms and conditions of bail agreements clearly and thoroughly to clients.
- Assist in completing all necessary paperwork and legal documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Develop skills in financial transactions related to bail bond premiums and collateral.
- Communicate effectively with court personnel, legal counsel, and law enforcement agencies.
- Provide empathetic support and guidance to clients and their families during stressful times.
- Assist in tracking client court dates and ensuring compliance with bail conditions.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all ethical and professional standards.

Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).

- Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Valid Class 5 driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
