Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Perform in-depth system analysis, identifying opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
- Design and document system architectures, data flows, and integration strategies.
- Create detailed documentation including flowcharts, wireframes, use cases, and technical design documents.
- Collaborate with development teams, project managers, and stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis for proposed system enhancements.
- Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
- Provide post-implementation support and ongoing system analysis for continuous improvement.
- Ensure system solutions adhere to security standards, compliance regulations, and best practices.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams, translating complex concepts clearly.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering and analysis techniques.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Experience with system design, data modeling, and process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
