As an RPA Developer, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing existing business processes, identifying automation opportunities, and designing robust, scalable, and efficient RPA solutions using leading platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation, collaborating with business stakeholders.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using industry-leading platforms (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including Solution Design Documents (SDD), Process Design Documents (PDD), and test plans.
- Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for developed solutions.
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot existing RPA bots, ensuring optimal performance and resolving issues promptly.
- Implement best practices for RPA development, security, and scalability.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration of RPA solutions with existing systems.
- Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement to deployed automation processes.
- Stay updated with the latest RPA technologies, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of professional experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development.
- Proficiency with at least one leading RPA platform (UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere).
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and experience with languages like C#, .NET, Python, or Java.
- Experience with process analysis, design, and implementation.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- RPA Developer certification from UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
- Experience with database technologies (SQL Server, Oracle) and API integrations.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and virtualization technologies.
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts and their integration with RPA.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, client-facing or consulting environment.
