Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing retail team through effective coaching, training, and performance management.
- Drive store sales and profitability by achieving and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met, fostering a welcoming and engaging shopping experience.
- Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory control, visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and loss prevention.
- Recruit, onboard, and schedule staff, ensuring optimal coverage and compliance with labour laws.
- Implement and maintain robust health and safety procedures in line with company policies and regulations.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to develop and execute local marketing and sales strategies.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Oversee store administration, including cash handling, reporting, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organisation, and visual presentation.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (4+ years) in retail management, preferably in a fast-paced or premium retail environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a successful sales team.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including sales forecasting, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with full professional fluency in English (verbal and written).
