Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, bullet points, and A+ content, to enhance search ranking and conversion rates.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Amazon PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising campaigns, ensuring optimal ROI and budget allocation.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility on Amazon.
  • Monitor inventory levels, sales performance, and customer reviews, taking proactive steps to address issues and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth strategies and inform decision-making.
  • Manage Amazon FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) and FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) operations, ensuring compliance with Amazon's policies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to launch new products and promotions effectively.
  • Generate regular reports on Amazon performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with Amazon's evolving algorithms, policies, and best practices.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as an Amazon Seller Specialist or similar e-commerce role.
  • Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
  • Demonstrable experience with Amazon PPC campaign management and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, keyword research, and listing optimization techniques.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (or Google Sheets) for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a multicultural team.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Amazon Advertising or other relevant e-commerce platforms.
  • Experience with Amazon Brand Registry and protecting intellectual property.
