Job Description
The ESG Analyst at Career.zycto will be at the forefront of our mission to drive sustainable business practices. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client ESG performance data, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop and implement ESG data collection methodologies and frameworks.
- Prepare comprehensive ESG reports and presentations, aligning with global standards (e.g., SASB, GRI, TCFD).
- Provide expert recommendations on ESG strategy, risk mitigation, and performance improvement.
- Monitor emerging ESG trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate ESG insights into consulting projects.
- Contribute to thought leadership content on ESG topics.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years in ESG analysis, sustainability consulting, or related field.
- Strong understanding of major ESG frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD, SDGs).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and large datasets.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team.
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA ESG Investing).
- Experience with ESG rating agencies and data providers.
- Familiarity with climate risk assessment and carbon accounting principles.
