Job Description

Career.zycto is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Customer Success Manager to join our remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for a portfolio of key clients, ensuring their successful adoption, utilization, and expansion of solutions facilitated through our platform. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a dedicated portfolio of client accounts, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and strategic engagement.
  • Proactively identify client needs, challenges, and opportunities, providing tailored solutions and recommendations.
  • Onboard new clients efficiently, ensuring a smooth transition and rapid time-to-value.
  • Drive product adoption and utilization, demonstrating the full value of our solutions to clients.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess progress, address concerns, and strategize future growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, marketing, and support teams to advocate for client needs and drive resolution.
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Monitor client health metrics, identify at-risk accounts, and implement strategies for retention and re-engagement.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of customer success best practices and resources.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to provide insightful guidance to clients.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role, preferably in SaaS.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and drive customer loyalty.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing a portfolio of accounts and achieving retention/growth targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Customer Success platforms (e.g., Gainsight, ChurnZero).
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience working with enterprise-level clients.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, startup, or growth-stage company.
  • Certification in Customer Success management.
