Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with prospective and existing clients to understand their business processes, challenges, and technical requirements.
- Design and present tailored solution architectures and demonstrations that effectively address client needs and showcase the value of Career.zycto's offerings.
- Collaborate with sales teams during the pre-sales phase, providing technical expertise and strategic guidance to close deals.
- Work alongside engineering and product teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, align with product capabilities, and to relay client feedback for future enhancements.
- Support post-implementation phases, acting as a subject matter expert for client success teams and assisting with complex technical queries.
- Develop and deliver technical training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams.
- Create detailed technical documentation, including solution designs, specifications, and best practice guides.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and advancements in our product suite to maintain a leading-edge perspective.
Required Skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Solutions Consultant, Technical Consultant, Sales Engineer, or similar client-facing technical role.
- Proven ability to understand business processes, identify pain points, and propose effective technology-based solutions.
- Strong technical aptitude with a solid understanding of software solutions, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems.
- Demonstrable experience in delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
